Which substance has the lowest work function?

Work function- the lowest amount of energy requited to eject an electron fom a substance, i think its doped germanium, but if its doped what should be the doping material to obtain the lowest work function

i think lithium is the one having less than 2 ev. cesium has 2.1 .
