In the judgement was awarded house. She could not pay or refi. After JOD I had 45 days to refi. I filled out all the paper work and a few months latter received a new payment book (manft'd home) with only my name and no co-borrower (different bank) even though I sent the paperwork to the original bank. I thought nothing of it thinking that now my loan was sold off to a new bank like it often does in high risk mort's. Well when I went to move it on to private land, the constr'n loan bank wanted a copy of the title. The title still had her name on it as well as the loan. When I asked why she was not listed as a co-borrower in the new book, they lied and said there is only room for 1 name (it has a space listed co-borrower, left blank) 45 days went way past fighting banks. 2 1/2 years. I contact the ex tell'g her the problem and tried to come to some solution till new husband threatnz. Lost job. Out of options. She filed br. I cant bcuz JOD says so. foreclosure iminent. Help PZ!
