I bet it does. Alcoholism is a crippling, debilitating disease, as recognized by the AMA. Bush has been quite successful, once he overcame this problem.

The George W. Bush story does not inspire me. It depresses the hell out of me. It would have been different if he would have turned out to be a good President. At least he's not drinking anymore. Or is he ? It doesn't matter.....George Bush is the worst mistake this country as ever made.

I have never heard the phrase "Hey C's arent so bad... you could be president" more than I have heard it in the last 7 years. Same goes for anyone who has a DUI... Cheer up you could be president some day! lol
