Hmm... when I keep moving... but not necessarily moving in the direction I was originally going. There's a lot to be said for stopping and finding a way to re-center ourselves. I carve or paint... a 'moving meditation'. This busies my hands, expresses my inner, and frees my mind to find the solutions (or direction) that it needs.

in making decisions, when i stop then i can think clearly. if i already have a mission and a goal, then i get results when i keep moving till i accomplish it.
