What is the actual nature of human existence? What is this condition that now holds me and enables me to be myself?

You are maybe observing yourself but nature rules. You are only as real as a bell pepper.

You were born with a predisposition to being able to hold yourself together. This predisposition takes the form of your entire brain, its structure, how it learns, how it processes information; all of these talents were given to you when you were born.

You brain holds you together. If it didn't, you wouldn't be able to even contemplate the question. You're a lucky bastard.... most life-forms never have any concept of "self", and they get by quite nicely, then they die. Humans, quite accidentally, began to wonder about the nature of "self", then they died. But before they died, they impressed the chicks enough to mate with them, and we are their ancestors.

He allows us freedom of thought and choice.we are held responsible for what we think.
Ones mental attitude determines and motivates and influences our behaviour and our actions.
