there is no excuse for being selfish and its pretty sick to try and defend being selfish... the truth is the road to happiness is only open to those who are not selfish

there's a good selfish and a bad selfish. revolving your life around your goals and dreams is always good, unless it hurts some one you have a responsibility for, but it usually won't.
