or at least materials from which to create one? I need to create a presentation on finance/mortgages

Windows if it's on your computer should have an option for power point which has a wizard that will give you a generic background and swish in the words from the left to right one frame at a time so all you have to do is type in the information, tho it will be very obvious you did not try very hard. It doesn't take that much time to do one, and you can always save it and add or change it once you try it as a slideshow if it doesn't work. Google or ask dotcom and see if there are set up p.p 's you can start with but i don't know of any. good luck.
