Depends on where the cramps are and what they are from. If ab, up your dose of tylenol to 500mg every 4-6. If back, try Ibuprofen or bayer 600mg every 4-6. Please be careful not to overdose!!!Try heating pads as well and get some rest-period cramps should not last the entire time. Also, if you have never experienced menstral cramps like this, some other causes can be from changes in birthcontrol (start or stop), possible STD or pregnancy. Exhaust all your options before going to the doctor, if all else fails, do so soon. Good luck. More advice see www.webmd.com

Your local health food store sometimes stocks herbal remedies. The obne that springs to mind is Agnus Castus. Tell them if you are taking any other medications though and of course read the labels of whatever you decide to get.
I know it's hard but try to do a little bit of exercise. Even if it's just walking around the house.

Heating pad works awsome. Well worth buying. Otherwise youll have to wait till tomorrow as youre not supp to mix those painkillers together. As of tomorrow you could go buy Alleve, I was recc by my dr. I used to take the perscription strength one of alleve. They work good too.Just DONT mix them with tylenol or midol or anything else.

*****WELL ALL MY LIFE I LIVED WITH CRAMPS SO BAD THAT MY HEAD HAD SPIN AROUND. SO THE BEST THING IS TO HAVE YOUR DOCTOR PRESCRIBE YOU VICODIN AND USE A HEATING PAD OVER YOUR STOMACH. MAKE SURE U LET THE DOC KNOW HOW BAD IT IS AND NOTHING WORKS AND YOUR HEAD IS GOING TO SPIN OFF SOON. SEE TYLENOL DON'T DO CRAP OR MIDOL BUT BUT MOTRIN WITH THE VICODIN SHOULD DO WONDERS. GO LUCK AND I WISH U A DIVINE DAY.

I've seen commercials for these heating pad things that women wear around their waists to help with cramps. Maybe you could try that. Other than that, I don't really know, I'm sorry, regular painkillers have always worked for me.

Well, I personally go with advil.
Apparently eating banana's helps, but I wouldn't know.
Try a hot water bottle thing, or a nice bath.
