Need some suggestions (serious, funny, whatever is helpful) at how to stop being bitter and angry at my ex. In a nutshell this is why I am bitter: For the past 4 months while I sat at home watching our son,and taking care of the house, my ex has been going out every other night, staying out all night, flirting with co workers, spending our money, acting like a 30something teenage girl, and generally treated me like trash. Now I know I am not perfect and I had my own stuff to contribute to the status of my relationship--but she kicked me out, so now I sit here 1 week later feeling bitter and angry as hell, with no home, and a child to take care of!

Those are just emotions that will go away soon.
Maybe God doesn't want you to be with that woman...
She is NO GOOD.
You deserve a good woman... very very special lady..
someone who will treat you right and give you respect.

That ex wife show you no respect... so it ain't
worth being mad over that stupid woman.
And your child need a better MOTHER, so find
a nice woman who will be a better mom for your child...
a good stepmother for the child.

And rebuild your life all over again... think about your child first.

Normally, the anger and bitterness comes from you having a lot of things still pent up inside of you. In some way, you need to express these feelings so that you can move on from this. Write a letter (or email) expressing why you are still angry and bitter. Be graphic if need be. DO NOT SEND IT!!! Instead, put it in an envelope and dig a small hole somewhere. Drop that letter inside and fill up the hole. This symbol gives the idea of putting those angry feelings "to rest" . Sounds weird but it really can help.

Don't get mad - she doesn't care about your feelings, so why hurt yourself over her? She ain't worth ANY of your time or energy - she's a immature spoiled irresponsible BRAT - - tell her to GROW UP, get her kid, and BE A RESPONSIBLE MOTHER - party time ended 9 months before your son was born - DON'T let her blow off her son like that!!!! YOU are SOOOO much better off without her in your face with her immaturity!!!

Take this to family court so she will be given the child at least half the time. You need to get out too so you won't sit there and dwell on everything. Do it NOW!

The best thing to do is get your life going. The longer you live in your self pity, the longer it will take you to get out of the anger phase of your situation.
