on the weekend he rather be out at house party without you you are thinking about moving on but his name and your name on lease for a year then what someone help me

If the only reason you are staying with him is because of the lease, then forget it, get out of there and move on. Talk to the landlord and explain, they may let you out of it.

I think you might be better off breaking the lease or just co-habitating for the remainder of it, because any man who would rather be out on the week-end that with you is not worth your effort. BTW-It won't get any better unless you fix it right now. Maybe give him a deadline (in your mind) then if he hasn't changed in that aspect call it quits.

Talk with your landlord. Some can be quite reasonable and may help you get out of the lease.

there is no reason to stay there, where u are disrespected, and unloved. forget the lease, if he doesn't want to be there with u, its only a matter of time before he crosses the line, and cheats.

Give him a 30 day notice that you are moving. That would allow him time to find a roommate. This way you can move on.
You don't have a relationship .............. so you don't have many options.
