What is this "word" i'm looking for, it starts with a "P".
It means someone who is not knowledgeable of the latest thing going on, not cosmopolitan, like a "country boy".

What is that "P" word i'm looking for?

I agree with "plebeian", however, another P word that reminds me of a country boy, specifically a rogue, is "picaresque"
