Your deck makes no sense at all. Its all 1 of's(except Chainsaw Insect) and that's really very bad. I can't recommend any fixes bcause there are no cohesive elements whatsoever.

Tips:
-Pick a theme!: Random piles of cards being able to win are a thing of the past. Look through your cards and find something that interests you. Themes can be anything from Burn(direct damage) to attributes to monster types to being just 1 card you like and want to build a deck around.
-Invest the time into getting good cards.: Never have to use bad alternatives because you don't have the card you need. When Mirror Force was first banned I made it my business to get one and still have it now. Its about having one less card to worry about when deck building.
-Read Yu-Gi-Oh articles!: There are a large number of Yu-Gi-Oh websites and many have regular writers. You might read about an up and coming decktype or how to play Spell cards at the right time etc. Its worth the time. Metagame and Pojo are the sites I read.
-Play the best players.: I used to think I would only embarass myself by playing people who were obviously better than me. But good players like playing new people and usually want to help people get better so they'll have more competition.
-Judge each card on its merits, not your personal opinion of it: I really hate Cyber Dragon. Alot. But I can't deny the fact that its a good card. It has 2100 ATK and a great ability. Plus its a Light monster. Sure, I've been beaten by it many times but once I looked beyond my personal feelings on it I saw how good it was and am getting some for myself.
-Post your deck on a dedicated Yu-Gi-Oh website: As much as I love racking up the points here, Yahoo Answers isn't the best place to get a real rate/fix for your deck. Find some Yu-Gi-Oh forums you like and post your deck there.

Your deck looks like you threw all your rare cards in here. It may work, but not in tourneys and such. Cynthia definitly nailed it on the head. You need to follow your advice and you should become better at deck making and overall better at the game.

I agree with cynthia take her advice to heart, its usually good u will never get better dueling your friends, don't be afraid to walk up to the best duelist there and ask for a duel. its the only way to get better.
