try drinking lots of water before the match but what you need is a drink that provides the minerals your losing during the game.possible streching between halves as well don't allow a complete cool down.hope this helps this is what i did when i was playing in high school for the same thing.

Are you stretching enough before the match? Do not just try and hydrate yourself during the match, but will before it. Drink plenty of fluid at least 5 days before the match. During the match, try gatorade, or bananas. They may help. Good luck.

do lots of stretching of the calves everyday, also try a warm a warm bath before a match just covering ure legs not the whole body to get the leg muscles warm and loose, also u might be a late developer so u might still be growing ure muscles and joints so it could just be phase ure going through.
