Anyone who watched the Mark Wahlberg movie "SHOOTER" and knows Africa?

The movie centers around an incident in Ethiopia: yet when the Arch bishop (of Ethiopia) is giving his speech in Phily (the scene where he's assasinated) we rather see the national flags of the USA (naturally) and Cameroon!!! instead of Ethiopia...did I not see right or is is part of the story line?

that is going to be hard to know! I guess only the producers can say exectly what happened in that scene.
