Usually 4.
Unless you take summer classes or a very heavy work load every semester, than you could probably get it in 3, 3 1/2.
Though I think I have seen some take five.
Associates would be the lowest, which is two years. Again, that could be completed earlier.
College usually mark the degree by credit hours, not years. So a bachelors may take 120 credits. Each class is usually 3 or 4 credits.

That's it, aim high! ... er ... or....
A bachelors degree is typically four years. In some schools if you go year-round, it can be less. It can be more, too, depending on how you do, how many courses a term you take, whether or not you get side tracked, etc.
Lowest degree? I think that would be a BA/BSc. But there are diplomas that take far less time and may be more suitable to your ambitions and desire to work for them. Things like spelling count in college.

well it really depends on the degree...and all you need for a degree is the specified amount of credits, so technically you could finish in one year if they had lectures 24/7 and you didn't sleep. But usually it takes about 4.

I don't know... you'd probably have to make one heck of a COLLAGE to get a bachelor's degree out of it.

You won't be going to college anytime soon spelling words as badly as you did. Typically four years.
