Abso frickin lutely!

My brother works graveyard at one of the oldest (and most haunted) prisons in AZ. He works in a room that has two hallways connected to it on either side with locked doors from the inside. He was working when he heard footsteps walking down the hall and stop at the door--the handle jiggled, but no one unlocked it, so he went and opened it, but no one was there. He sat back down and the handle jiggled and someone knocked--he got up again and no one was there. Feeling it was a prank, he waited and sure enough the knocking started again. He yelled "KNOCK IT OFF"--then the knocking stopped, but the door started to buckle and bend INWARDS like something pushing on it, then it stopped, and the footsteps walked away. He was freaked out, but kept calm. 10 minutes went by and then footsteps walked down the opposite hallway and the handle jiggled, and the knocking started again. This time he didn't get up, because there was a camera on the other side, and he KNEW no one was there, because he was looking at the monitor! He yelled in his gruffest, meanest voice to KNOCK IT OFF...and the footsteps went away. He is not the only guard to experience this--some have walked off their shifts and quit and some prisoners refuse to go into certain parts of the prison.

Seen the same ghost in my parents house four times in exactly the same spot. She has her hair in a bun, old dress with that thing way back when that women would wear to make their butts flair out. She is a yellowish green and you can see her, yet at the same time you can see through her. When she moves, there was no hip movement at all. The first three times I was young, and tried to call my mom who was sleeping, but was so scared I couldn't get a word out. The fourth and last time, I was home from the military. I was just about to get the M out of my mouth for "mom", and the ghost whipped around and put her finger up to her mouth shooshing me, smiled, and turned away.

I have had many weird stories...here's one.

When I was eighteen, (I don't do drugs, never have). Anyway, I was taking a shower in the morning, when all of a sudden I felt this really creepy feeling that someone was in the washroom with me, on the other side of the shower curtain...I was so creeped out, that I just had to escape, and finally mustard enough courage to open the shower curtain( I was terrified).. When I opened the curtain, the bathroom mirror which was opposite of the shower was fogged up as usual.. however this time was different... It was like someone had taken their hand and wiped the fog from the mirror,( not all of it, just the center) beads of water were still running down the mirror as if this just occurred... BTW.. the door was locked and there was no way someone was in there...

Needless to say, that freaked me out so much that I grabbed my robe and ran to my bedroom... I never felt comfortable in that bathroom again.

the most scared i have ever been was when i was in the forest alone when it was getting dark and it was really quiet and i started to hear things like footsteps or breathing even though it was in my head but i got really paranoid and ended up holding my knife with my back to a tree and going nuts. The way I got out of this horrible situation was i calmed down a little and reasoned that even if some thing was trying to kill me it would be dark soon and it would have the advantage so i took off sprinting towards a clearing and when i got out there i turned and watched for like five seconds then ran back to camp where there were other people. Its wierd what the human mind can conjure up for itself

I was put into protective custody by police when my fiancee was murdered. My closest friends were suspects and I was not allowed near them. I was told my life was in danger.

Other than that I grew up in a haunted house.
