I'm not sure, I learned it in school but I forgot. It talks about a place in France, like "il est midi ou il est minhuit," something something and it talks about the weather.. like. "if it's raining, or if it's bad, you can get anything *here*"..... "in the afternoon, or at midnight, you can get anything *here*".. the song is all in french..
