If the occasion presents itself smile when talking to him and continually glance at different places on his face. Don't be afraid to stand close to him while chatting.
This is important: While you talk if you want to get an important point across reach out and squeeze his arm or wrist and gently release it by dragging your fingers away.This is a nice trick if while you talk he sees and agrees with your expressions. I don't know if kids go to dances today but a simple dance attracted me to my wife. She is tall and so am I. That dance took me to the alter @ 26 years old. She was only 21 fresh out of nursing school.

Just be around him alot more, be yourself, you don't have to flaunt what you got just to get his attention, you don't have to totally play the part of slut just to get your man, there are plenty of men in the sea don't just limit yourself to this fool who doesn't see you for who you are, he is obviously blind and doesn't see that you like him tons. If he doesn't notice you without having to take clothing off, then hes not the right one for you, it'll turn out to be a one-night-stand or something, or a one-hit-wonder.
