for my prom dates boutonnière i want a whit rose with blue tips. Is it possible to do this? I cant find any info about it

Yes you can have a florist do this. They have floral paint they apply to the ends of the petals. Being a retired floral designer, I can tell you this takes away from the beauty of the flower. It makes it look artificial. If you are going to change the color of the real flower, why not just get silk? It really is not the proper thing to do to a man's flower. A florist will do it, but they won't like it. Please reconsider. This is not a new idea.
