Zombies are great because of the simple fact that with the right amount of scientific engineering and a little elbow grease, it could happen.

Basically their mouths are sewn shut with salt in them so they are quiet and well behaved. The don't require shelter, they can just go back to their crate in the grave yard when you get tired of them.
When they break down you can just go get a new one on the night shift.
Voodoo queens work hard, to get them up and working fields for you, so be good to them.
