hosted by there employer. Spouses or S.O.'s are invited! The day of the event, your better -half tells you everyone from work has decided to leave their better- half home. Are you "OK" with that response, or, "I'm not hearing that"!!

The fighting response: "Okay, so why are you telling me, since It seems I am not now invited."

The Funny/Sarcastic response: "Oh good, all those hot guys, all that maleness in one room, with the underlying sexual tension..no women to stop anything kinky between them. Oh, are you going?"

The Flat response: "Yeah, so what are you deciding, despite what they are doing?"

The Supportive/Suspicious response: "Have fun. If I find out you imported strippers, a frying pan leaves a big mark when you are sleeping."

Pick one.

Good luck.

Personally I am ok with that, I only go when my husband says he needs me for some thing or he knows that other wives will be there. My husband is the boss in his office, so it's nice for me when I don't have to go to every little thing.

You have to abide by his wishes. Don't do anything STUPID like just showing up! This is his job. I'd have to talk to him later to find out why he didn't want me to attend. You two need to talk.
