Its almost 1 am here and I can't get any sleep because of my pain in the butt neighbors. My rude neighbors keep screaming like deranged morons. I'm 14 and even I'm more mature than these people. Its completely ridiculous that I have to deal with this. Why are some neighbors inconsiderate jerks?

It is ridiculous for you to try to deal with it. Get hold of one of your parents and have them deal with it either by talking to the neighbors or notifying the police to come and talk to the neighbors. You as a 14 year old should not get into this.

Some people are just idiots. Some people think that they while they have the "right" to do whatever they want, that means they can be as rude as possible to anyone else. It's only wrong when someone bothers them.
If asking them to calm down or calling the cops doesn't work, try some passive-aggressive methods. Turn up the stereo with a good polka CD, and turn all the speakers in their direction. Put on some earplugs and try to pass out... Get some friends with motorcycles to come over early the next morning and work on tuning the exhaust systems - test it out by removing the muffler and cranking the RPMs way up...

This might sound extreme but, call the cops. There are laws in place that deal with this. Depending on the state, I think there is an excessive noise law after 8pm or something like that. I had the neighbors from hell. They worked on these stupid monster trucks til 2am. I called the cops and amazingly, they stopped all their noise. That's all some people seem to understand. Just so you don't start any crap with your neighbors, tell the cops not to tell them who called on you because of fear of retaliation. A good cop wouldn't tell them who called anyway but, make sure to cover your bases.

Are your parents annoyed with them also? Get them to call the police. Or you can call them if you want. (I just think they would respond faster to an adult calling) The police Will come and talk to them. Give them a warning and possibly fine them. I've had to do this before as well. If you rent, you can file a complaint with the Landlord to have them evicted. (Well, your parents can) Good luck, I know how you feel. I hate noisy neighbors with a passion!

Just collect the rent and clean up the messes the idiots make!
Absentee landlord!
Not much i can do though, rent is cheap.

i used to have neighbours that had parties EVERY WEEKEND unitl 2 AM!!
we called the cops but they never came.....
hopefully the ones in your area aren't as slack as ours. seriously, the ones we have wont come unless you tell them that theres a bomb or murder or a hostage!
if they dont come....try buying some ANCIENT 1920's records or bing crosby or some old annoying singer and turn it up FULL BLAST
when they complain, just say..."what! you dont like my music? well, i dont like yours OR your noise! so keep it down or i wont turn mine off!"
he he im joking! but its a neat idea!
my brother plays the trumpet and once when our neighbours were playing their ANNOYING music too loud, ( 2 PM) he just started BLARING the last post and military music in their direction. they eventually got the hint.....
anyway...good luck...your gonna need it!
