You can do it in Excel.
In one column, list all of your classes.
In the next column, list the number of credits for each class.
In the next column, put in the numeric value of your grade (A = 4.0, B = 3.0, etc). Be careful here. Some schools do not have pluses or minuses. Others have just one (e.g., my undergraduate school have + -- which would add a 0.5, so B+ is 3.5). Others have both (one of my graduate schools had B+ as a 3.3 and A- as a 3.7).
In the next column, multiply the # of credits in each class times the grade.
Now, add up that last column. Then add up the total number of credits. Divide the first total by the total number of credits. That is your GPA.
The easier way is to look at your transcript, and see what it says.

There probably is, but it is very easy to do yourself! Here is the formula in my College grade book.
You get 4x the credit hours for A's, 3x for B's, and so on.
Take the Credit hours attempted, multiplied by the letter grade value. and then divide your total, by the number of hours you took! For example
Chemistry Hrs: 4 Grade: A Points: 4 Total: 16
History Hrs: 3 Grade: B Points: 3 Total: 9
Math Hrs: 4 Grade: C Points: 2 Total: 8
# of Hours = 11
Students Points = 33
33/11 = GPA = 3.00
