Does anyone else ever act completely different from whats going on in their head all the time? At school my guidance counselor comes up to me sometimes and wants to talk and in my head im like go away you annoying old bag but outwardly im polite to him. Then yesterday someone was like come play hacky sack with us and since he insisted i was like well ok i guess but inside i was like **** you for bothering me i dont really wanna. Then I had to do service hours and the lady at the retard camp was like o thank you so much and i said thank you but in my head i thought shut up i dont care i hate your retarded *** kid and im only here because i need service hours.

Well...any sensible person would react the same ways that you have in these situations.
The saying "Think before you act" didnt come from nowhere. You cant just go about babbling every thought that pops into your head because you will hurt somebody with your words. And obviously you have realized this, so this only shows who you really are. And who you really are is someone who seems to actually cares about how you present yourself to others.

Believe it or not you will grow out of this. It's your age and we all have gone through that get away from me,don't bother me attitude. You think you are different from the rest, but if you could read their minds you would see that your not that much different from your peers.

lol... not me, I usually speak what I feel, think, I am to open, it gets me into some trouble, since I don't seem to have fear.

I guess we all tend to act the way you are describing, because we know if we didn't we would have some trouble with that person, so we tend to avoid it, if we can.
