i ended up doing this and i want to make sure i don't get him in any trouble. my friends all know i lost it to a 19 year old guy last night, but not who.

Its illegal he's over 18. im 16 and my boyfriend is 17 and the state told me when he turns 18 he can get introuble and have charges pressed on him IF my parents or me pressed charges..i think if there is over a 5 year age difference its illegal unless you are an adult
but you are 13 and he is 19 and if your parents find out they will be furious (most likely) and can press charges..so i wouldnt be spreading that around.

No it is not legal. It is called statutory rape. He is going to go to prison for several years. You are under the age of consent and he is an adult. You are too young to be having sex anyways. How would you like to be 25 with a ten year old kid. Imagine that? Out of high school for just over five years and already have a kid in middle school. Thats what sex gets you. Dont be stupid. Just think, if this guy is having sex with you, just think of how many other little girls he's screwed. If he's dumb enough to be illegal in having sex with a 13 yr old, whos to say he isnt touching 6 and 7 year olds? You need to tell your parents what you've done. Pray he doesnt have STDs. If you get aids at this age, you might end up dead before 30. Not being mean, just giving you a reality check, chicky... Thats life. Dont waste it. Be smart.

Yes it is very illegal and your parents could press charges and put him in jail for years. Please ask yourself what kind of a 19 year old would need to go to a middle school to find a girl to sleep with. Once you are 19 you will understand the significance of that difference. This is not someone you want a relationship with, do better for yourself.

What kind of question is this? You are 13!!! You should NOT be having sex!! Here is my advice; go to church and become involved with friends of God! Stop having sex and wait till you find mr right, who will be way down the line like when you are in college or later. God should be #1 in your life. Especially now since your hormones are going crazy at just the sight of a cute guy. But if you find friends who are struggling just like you and have a good relatioship with God, then hopefully this will help you to not get some kind of disease or pregnant before you finish high school.

Oh my. That is completely illegal. Please stop having sex RIGHT NOW! It's illegal for you to even be having sex, let alone with an adult. He is 19, he is legally an adult. You are 13, you are legally a child, and just barely a teenager.
Stay out of relationships, especially with an older person. Please, enjoy your young life, but don't mess with it by having sex/getting an STD/getting pregnant.

Its totally and completely illegal because he is over 18. Not only that due to the fact that you are under 15 this guy if he got caught would be listed as a "child sex offender" on the sex offender registry for at least the next 10 years - he would be a "level 2" (3 being the worst) - nice you lost it to a pedophile!

Hell yes, it is illegal. And I am pretty sure the guy knew it was. I sure hope that you used protection (i.e. condoms or the pill).
Young lady, please do not ruin your life. If I were you I would go up to my parents (assuming you have a good relationship with them) and tell them what happened.
Trust me, Mr 19 year old does NOT love you. He is probably bragging to his friends right now about how he scored with you.
