We are talking about a guy who committed numerous war crimes, crimes against humanity, corruption in his administration and hiring a record number of criminals to work for him, lying about his past and trying to throw away the constitution, which is an impeachable offense. (Even his dad called it high treason and a capital offense.)

His own private hell. For the sake of our future as a society we better tread very carefully when it comes to nonspecific charges. A case can and would be made for plausible deniability on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. There are few instances when lying about one's past is actually a criminal charge. What some call a disregard for our constitution others may argue is the proper reading of its construction. For such reasons we are supposed to enjoy the checks and balances of three branches of government, each with particular areas of responsibility. Elections should provide the ultimate check. To get to the point where we have grounds to actually prosecute a president for such things means that the entire system had abdicated its responsibilities along the way. There will be plenty of guilt to assign. Our collective sins cannot be absolved by dumping them on one person, even if he is "the decider."

Turn him and his administration over to the World Courts in the Hague. If he as well as members of his administration are found guilty of crimes against humanity then let them be hung. George W Bush is not above the law neither are Dickless Cheney and the rest of the cronies from the PNAC.

I like what the first guy said. But more realistically I would send his *** to Iraq where he could extend the front lines. Maybe then he could actually do something instead of making nothing but talk (which is all he does)

sigh...first of all i start by saying...why do you care about him "lying about his past" as if it has something to do with his presidency. He didnt commit any "war crimes" unless you are talking about a handful of soldiers who were caught, tried and put in jail and Bush went into Iraq with Congressional permission. Come on guys, if your gonna be brianwashed into lib's at least back your sh*t up. Geez

Pelosi and the Dems are not even touching the impeachment case that a fifth grader could prosecute. For all those democrats happier now that you have Congress- you are disallusioned. Nothing will change, because both parties are working towards the same end.

Vote for RON PAUL.

Actually I haven't heard anyone at the U.N. suggesting he committed war crimes. I think it's because they have to be guilty of more than not being liked.

Send him and his family the bill for the war. No bail outs for the next seven generations. Looking at how LBJ agreed to get us into a war if the corporations got him elected... and the way GWB has gone on a lark with our nation's credit... we might want to consider a constitutional ban on letting Texans run for President.

I would like to see him at Nuremburg! I think this whole war is a travesty and the fact that he keeps hanging on about it. Hes a fascist dictator not an elected representative because americans want out of the Civil War in Iraq.

We need a conviction before we can start talking about punishment. Before we can get a conviction, we need a trial. Before we have a trial, formal charges must be filed by a grand jury. We must have a investigator or special prosecutor investigate and present evidence of a crime to the grand jury. Before all of this, the very first thing, there must be some evidence of a crime to begin with.

You need to take about fifteen steps back and work through the legal process before blindly assuming guilt based on your dislike of President Bush.

Jail for all of them...

Not only should bush be impeached, but Cheney and the other White House staff members involved should be thrown in prison.
