Evidence suggests that the government spent millions in research studing time travel. The conclusive study of the Philadelphia Experiment and it's continuation with the Montauk Project has remained top secret to date... What's your opinion on this and do you believe the few eyewitness reports that have leaked out over the years about these projects ???

it is a possibility, because the experiment that you mention
is always been mentioned, some people will say yes, some people will say no,and even also 'try' to make you seem
a "delusional conspiracy closed-minded person" and that
add to this issue, however, let's take the UFOs conspiracy
theory",and what happened the other day in France?
they have open secret archives about UFOs from their
decades data and bring it to public light, and at the same
time have stated that other nations should do the same;
probably the time has come for humanity to "assimilate"
this fact,or information in a more open way,i think it will
be good for everyone and specially for the people
that in some way or the other have experienced this ,

here is the link for what i just mentioned:

What factual details do you have with respect to Philadelphia and Montauk that would make you believe "millions" have been spent in researching time travel?

Since this question has no objective "yes" or "no" answer I will give you my "belief" which is that the government hasn't spent a dime on this idea.

Many people have experimented with time travel, but none have been successful. The US government is simply wasting its money on this research. Albert Einstein conducted experiments with time travel, and came to a conclusion: the folds of time can be altered only if a white hole is sucked into a black hole, which will last a few seconds if it happens at all, because they exist on different planes or dimensions.

Sure why not? Einstein did. Thought Experiments are free, and the U.S. government historically probes into all sort of nutty stuff. Really high velocity create oddities in perception of time. Einstein proved some very weird stuff, mathematically at least.
What you mean to ask is, do you think they have ever succeeded?
I'm sure if you applied a little FOIA energy to the task you could some budgetary something somewhere. That is if you can get it done before the new crypto-fascist right make FOIA as pointless as the patriot act made the Bill of Rights, may it rest in peace.

Bah. If time travel were possible then someone would have come back and shown us how to do it much earlier. Travelling backwards into time requires travelling faster than the speed of light, which is not possible. Travelling forward in time at a faster or slower rate than your surroundings is possible, but the government would not be interested in time travel forward without a way to return.

No doubt that experiments have been made. I do doubt the the government per se has conducted them. However many experiments get tax payer subsidies. My point is to show that not everything is a conspiracy.
I believe that quarks are thought to travel faster than light, which means they probably time travel.

Ugh, you need to go to http://www.pbs.org and watch NOVA.

Yes, time travel is being experimented and explored on a quantum level and yes they've accomplished it on that level.

Mass won't allow our bodies to time travel, but on a quantum level every single molecular structure contains vibrating energy that exists in the past present and future all at the same time.

That's what quantum physics is suggesting, so nothing mysterious... you just need to get educated.

I read an interesting novel by Michael Creighton, some years ago: very interesting account of time travel experiments, possibly based on some real time efforts!

Yeah, I don't think time travel is possible. Certainly not at this point in time. I don't think a secret that big would be a secret very long. People are not that good at keeping secrets.

Some people say the U.S did time travel experiments at Montauk.

I do not believe it because I do not think humanity is able to harness that anout of power yet.
