I tried getting pregnant in January but it did not happen cause I got my period in febuary so we haven't tried since but this month I gained alot of weight but mostly around my stomach and no where else and i been feeling very tired no matter how much sleep i got. I got my period this month on the 20th and went away the next day but only a little of spotting the next day. Could I be pregnant? I took 2 pregnancy test but the second line is very very light can that still be a positive?

You could be pregnant. Some woman actually continue to spot throughout their pregnancy, so your period isn't the best way to know if you are pregnant or not. Since the home tests use urine , which is affected by what your eat and drink they don't work for some people. An example of this would be someone who drinks a lot of water and urinates often. The urine in their bladder is watered down, and frequently released so it doesn't build up the hormones the test is looking for. A doctor can do a more sensitive test, or even a blood test. Good luck!

There is a great chance you are pregnant. If you are congrats. If you are spotting this is a sign of pregnancy. I would not mess around with pregnancy tests. You should go to the doctors and have a 100% accurate test taken there. If you dont have insurance and can't afford a visit to the doctors you can find free clincs all over that will test you the same way but for free.

Hope you find out soon, and that everything goes great :-)

There is a chance that you could be. Did you take your pregnancy test first thing in the morning? If not, you should try that and/or go to your doctor. Your doctor will be able to order a blood pregnancy test and it measures the amount of HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your body. I wish you the best of luck.

you could be take another pregnancy test, use the ones that say the word pregnant or not pregnant....spotting and bleeding are common in the first months of pregnancy, the weight gain is most likely bloating.

Go to a doctor and get a test done there. The only way to know for sure now. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Congrats if you are!
