1) I think he should be. Even though I know someone who never even got a little tap on his finger from doing it. The guy knows that there is a little one in there but yet he punches her. Unless he has no previous knowledge of her pregnancy. I mean, yes, that would still be murder to me, but he didn't have any knowledge of it. So. I'm not sure.
2) I, myself would NEVER get an abortion but I think women should have the choice to get one done so I think it is not murder. If the woman feels like she cannot care for a baby in the state she is in or especially if she was raped and got pregnant then I don't see it as murder. The only way I would, would be if a little 14 year old got pregnant. If they are having sex, they should be responsible enough to bring a condom or something to not get pregnant.

Yes! But the second NO. The "Murder" was not by the woman's choice! Abortion is. And only the business of the mother or the father. Not of society to make that decision.

Yes and Yes... Both are cold-hearted, totally selfish murders. Abortion stops a beating heart, causes pain, and ends a living being's life. Less than 1% of all abortions are for rape, incest, or the life (health) of the mother! Almost 70% of abortions are not the woman's first abortion. It's used as birth-control, not for any important reason - just plain cold-hearted selfishness!!!

Yes, because the guy punched the woman purposely and she wanted her baby. And no, because abortion is personal choice and their are many sides to the issues, it isn't that cut and dry. It is the woman's choice to do what she wants with her body not society.

It is murder if the baby was enough along to have survived outside of her body. Otherwise it is still manslaughter. Is abortion murder? I don't know. I see too many sides to that.
