Nope, the only form of birth control that is 100% effective is abstinence. The pill is only about 98% and that is only if it is used perfectly. For the average person it is 89-95% effective.

Nothing but abstinence is 100% effective.

However, the pill is said to be 98% effective when taken as instructed.

Here is a page you can read about The Pill.

Nope... And you should be more worried about the exposure to STD's. I hope you're at least using condoms. These questions should really be answered by someone trained in this field. Contact your local Family Planning facility and discuss all the options. Everything discussed is confidential and you could also discuss other options if you are unable to remember to take your pill daily. A trained professional has heard it all. There isn't anything you could say that we haven't heard. I've been in the medical field for 10 years and you do hear EVERYTHING.
The only stupid questions are the ones that you don't ask.

No no no no no!!!

The only way to be 100% positive you won't get pregnant is to not have sex.

Any time you have sex, you risk getting pregnant. The pill lessens the chance, but it's still there. Use the pill + a condom if you want to have sex, but don't want to get pregnant. It's not 100%, but it's better than nothing.

Also, don't double wrap with two condoms. The tention of the two rubbing together causes both condoms to break.

No, all sorts of things can make it less effective - vomiting, diarrhoea, excess vitamin C, taking the pill late, are all factors that can make it less effective. No birth control is completely effective.

no longer so a techniques as i comprehend, yet once you do take it precise away (like the morning after) then it is going to keep away from it. And it takes some days for an egg to implant. It does no longer take place precise away, so which you're probable secure in case you're speedy approximately it. in case you do no longer % to get pregnant, I propose applying different varieties of delivery administration as properly.

nope.

there are only 2 100% effective ways to avoid pregnancy:
complete sterilization (removal of testicles/ovaries)
complete abstinence.

Modern NFP, however, is 99% effective at avoiding pregnancy, 90% effective at achieving it when you want to, and has no drug related side-effects.
