For a research assignment I have to read/view atleast 6 texts. My research topic is conflicting inter-racial relationships. So far I have...

Looking For Alibrandi.
To Kill a Mockingbird.
Rabbit Proof Fence.

They can be films, songs, novels etc.

In answer to the above comment, John Howard Griffin wrote Black Like Me. Don't bother reading it; there are no interracial relationships in it. Nor are there any in To Kill a Mockingbird.

You may try the movie Walkabout, with Jenny Agutter, although the relationship takes place in the Outback, so you really can't see any of the societal pressures you're looking for. You may try The Joy Luck Club (either the book or the movie).

there is in basic terms one human race, it purely happens to return in a sort of colorings. As you will locate, I certainly have no longer something against interracial kinfolk, yet I do think of that for an prolonged term relation you will possibly desire to be carefull there at the instant are not any overwhelming cultural adjustments. O, and that i'm very Dutch, and married a Hispanic American. we are nonetheless mutually after 32 years. slightly difference provides spice to life.

There's a book named, 'Black Like Me' - I can't remember who wrote it but it's a true story about a white guy who dressed as a black guy and lived as a black for a while - I think it was during the 1950's?
