well im 13 and there this guy hes the same age as me, lets call him joe. i know him very well, hes my nieborgh for more than 5 years now. we go to the same school but dont hang out together at school, only like outside of school with all my other nieborghs ( which are guys but there like my brothers in the sense that none of them like me for a fact) and they all act like typical teenage guys. since im the only girl they like to annoy me, ive gotten used to it so i dont mind the jokes about me. joe has always found little things to annoy me even more by throw wood chips in my hair/down my shirt, spray water at me,made strange comments, told strange and long stories throw stuff like rocks, paper little things like that. i throw stuff back but with annoyence and he does it while laughing and smiling. hes done it since the first day i met him. ive asked him why he does it and hes always said because its fun. i have no idea what to do because im annoyed and confused plz help : )

He wants your attention. He likes you. Guys want the attention of the one they like (of course) and even having the person annoyed at you is better than not being paid attention to. Also guys are uncomfortable with the 'nice' ways of getting a girls attention...but they are comfortable with throwing rocks, pulling hair, insulting them, ect. Thankfully, most guys outgrow this. Trust me ....he likes you. And if getting you annoyed makes you pay more attention to him than the rest of the neighborhood guys...he'll do it.

At 13m, throwing stuff at you, mocking you..annoying you is love. As odd as that sounds, it's true.
He's "in to you". As his hormones simmer down and he grows up a little more, throwing stones in your direction will be replaced by a little hand holding.
Be patient and enjoy this time....who knows? In about ten years he could be throwing ANOTHER rock at you...one set in silver and weighing about two karats.

Say to him, "Look, you coward, stop this nonsense, and ask me for a date, or leave me alone. I hate when you do this. If all you want is negative attention, bother someone else."
Then is he keeps doing it, complain to your parents, that he's throwing rocks at you. Also tell your other guy friends, "this kid is bothering me, throwing rocks at me. Can anyone here help me, and take care of him? Will any bold warrior here aid a young lady in trouble?"
Whoever volunteers to help you, date that guy.
If nobody volunteers to help, you need to change all of your so-called friends, since they are all cowards and losers.

Do you like this guy?
Or do you feel like you are being bullied and want some way to end the harrassment?
Do you have parents who can help? If you think they can't, then tell them you'll have to take matters into your own hands and knee him in the balls HARD.
