Nope! The last thing when you're feeling blue is this recipe. What you need is the exact opposite! Hard as it may be, the best thing you can do for yourself is, get up, make your bed, take a shower, call a friend, meet for lunch, have a chat, and "fake it, until you make it." Otherwise, if you're anything like me, you'll end up beating yourself up for wallowing around, and then just end up doing it all over again...
Break the cycle!

sleeping doesn't change anything. It's a good idea though..just not all day. Today I had just gotten back from a sleepover and then my stepdad really made me mad/sad. when we got home I stormed out of the house and went for a walk by myself. After a while when I was coming back my mom found me and I drove back with her. She comforted me and told me to take a nap. The walk soothed me but I was not all the way calmed. The nap worked magic. I was tired. It was miraculous..but the best thing is to just isolate urself from everyone and just be by urself..or be with someone you love and trust. in my case it would be my mom. she's always there for me.

possibly. when i was fortunate to work from home. i didn't interact much with the outside world and felt much better on a daily basis. if you are an introvert this could be the cure. just don't become a sociopath.

Only if you are severely depressed. "Going underground" is typical of being depressed. But, it seems to help some people, so what the heck - be a groundhog for a day.
