I've heard that your body is full in 20 min, so if you eat slowly you will consume less food but feel full.

Well, I am on a liquid diet, so there is not much chewing involved. There aren't many calories in beer are there? I tried to fool my stomach by putting cd player with a recording of chewing on it. It didn't seem to work.

I eat alot of fruit and veggies so I chew them well to release the juices so more nutrients and antioxidants will be absorbed by my sexy body.

Sure do! They say it's important for digestion and I'm dieting. Although....I Love to cram a burger down my throat once in a while.

I always chew my food slowly. I can't help myself, even though it drives my family & friends nuts.

yeah. it makes u feel more full that way as opposed to scarfing it down.
