I would have to say Cyrme Tyme & Eugene Because They Are great wrestlers and Eugene is a great wrestler but when he is put up against Umaga John Cena could barely beat him so he is going to look bad when he is faceing someone 2 times his size. That is wo I think.

Johnny Nitro - i don't think hes underated just a case of bad gimmick
Edge - do we have to go there,
Charlie Haas - Underused in the past years
The booking is just bad on the shows these days. that might be the problem also.

Eugene. He was one of the best technical wrestlers in OVW but when he came over, WWE made his character mentally challenged and with only a little push a couple of years ago, has does nothing with him.
