I have been charting my basal body temperatures to better help me in knowing when I ovulate. Now in the link below you will be able to see two of my charts and what I am looking for is someone else to give me their opinion as to what the top chart looks like to them. I know what I myself think it looks like but I want other opinions. I had a dip in temperatures at 6 days past ovulation and starting recently I have been having breast tenderness that gets a little worse each day. Feeling a bit more fatigued, and also having a huge increase in cervical mucus, which usually I don't have any or very little. I am really hoping that this is our month. Yes all temps have been taken at the same exact time every month. Fertility friend drew my cover line for me. Someone please just give me your opinion. Keep in mind usually around 9-10 days past ovulation my temps start to drop but they are going up, I have also been having hot flashes

I am too young to be having hot flashes as I am only in my early 20's. I have also been having night sweats where I wake up at odd times of the day drenched in sweat. Very unusual for me. I feel as if this is our month, but sometimes I feel as if it isn't our month. I am not testing until I reach 14 DPO possibly even 18 DPO as it says if you get 18 consecutive days of high temps that is a good indicator that you are pregnant. So please any help or advice or any opinions I could get on this would be great

Thanks so much for your time.

Compared to the other chart, there is a similar pattern and really we can't know for sure for at least another week. I think the second chart took just a little longer to show the downshift, and this one still has time to do it. As for your symptoms, they all sound good...but...you have been trying for a while. It IS possible that many of these are somatoform symptoms. If your temp stays up for another 8 or 9 days, you can feel pretty confident that it worked.

Hi:).Your chart looks good and that could very well be an implant dip.I would wait another day or 2 and retest.I had an implant dip on day 6 and got a light bfp with a FRER on 10 dpo so it takes a few days to build up.I also had hot flashes along with sky high temp's and that was what made me test since I'm usually cold all the time.Good luck :)

The problem with BBT charting is it's not a very good indicator of pregnancy...I also do BBT and still doing it with no results so far.....If your temp stays up until day 18 they say it may be a result of a pregnancy, but not to count on it because it may not be....Your March chart looks a lot different than the other one so it very well may be a pregnancy....I would wait until at least 14 DPO and take an early pregnancy test! Good Luck!

Trying to be quality peers proper after you may have damaged up is like seeking to stroll with 2 blistered significant feet that you just bought from a marathon. Sure, you'll be able to do it, however it is tough, prone to make matters worse, and generally no longer as well for you as simply sitting down and letting it heal. Take a holiday from every different. There's not anything pressing approximately being peers. If you are going to be, it is going to occur. Or simply get again in combination and give up this nonsense.
