Always remember that the sun DOES come up again tomorrow. Whatever is troubling you today might look very different the next. Remember that life is a series of hills and valleys-you're up one day and down the next. Remember that those things which do not kill you-only make you stronger. Bad things DO pass on and each day is a clean slate with endless possibilities. Don't forget to really LOOK at the beautiful things in life. Make time to stop and appreciate them for what they are. Get to know more people. Nothing lightens ya up like a good laugh with a friend. Life can be absolutely hilarious! Look for the humor in it. (Yes, sometimes sarcasm, too is extremely funny!).
Yes, some things have to be worried about, but try not to waste time dwelling on things you can't change. Work like hell to change the things you can change-and realize that ya can't do it all in one day. Little bit here-little bit there-and accept the stuff that can't be fixed and just chuck it.
You'll be surprised at how thinking this way can lighten the load. ;)

hi there I heard that laughing is good for your health cause the most death is cause by stress that leads to heart attacks. you put your thoughts into a good mood think of it has a game . relax and all well come to mind.
