Crest Whitening Strips. But be patient!!! They take the full 7 days to work just like they advertise. It's about $35-$40 bucks for 2 weeks worth of top & bottom strips. I was afraid they wouldnt work for me, so I bought them at Right Aid (b/c of their return policy) I tried them on my top teeth only for 3 days & saw a difference & now I am a loyal Crest Whitening Strips customer. Oh, 1 more thing. Once your 1 week of strips are up, they whitening effect lasts about 1-3 months (I am a tea drinker though) before you have to use your 2nd week worth of strips

Well there are a lot of different options and according to Consumer Reports Colgate Whitening is one of the best. I personally use several methods to keep my teeth white. 1) I rinse regularly with a pre-wash whitening rinse. I go as far as keeping one at work so I can rinse after coffee or soda and even chocolate. 2) I use Colgate brush on whitener as needed.
Good luck.

they probably aren't as yellow as you think, all those people on TV have had those porcelain cast put on and in a few years will deeply reget it and probably be wearing falsies by there 50s. i don't suggest using any of those whitening products they just take all the enamel off your teeth making them over sensitive and not really creating much of a change, but i do know a way to make them look whiter for a cheaper and more effective look and feel. wet your tooth brush and dip it in a cup of baking soda keep it at your sink, morning and night. youll see a difference in a week. it the best way.

My mom found this really nice trick that works really well.
Whose a toothpaste that includes whitening, I prefer Crest (w/Scope). After brushing your teeth, apply a coat of your toothpaste on your teeth.

In about a week or so, you will see that your teeth looks much more whiter!

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be followed. details
