At my work I am harassed by one of my other co-workers. She is always giving me sarcastic remarks, trying to get me into trouble with my boss, saying rude comments, and making fun of me. I don't want to leave my job, but how do I make her stop? (I have no union)

You could try asking her to stop. If that doesnt work talk to your boss or supervisor and explane what is going on.

Well, you could stoop down to the level of a child and try to do the same to her as she does to you but I wouldn't. Usually that could continue the blows or add to her advantages of being able to get you in trouble with your boss. The only reason she seems to be harassing you is that she knows it affects you. Whether you show it or not, she wants to make you upset. She could be jealous of your position; whether you're a step higher than her or you are both the same position and your boss seems to think of you better. People like her are probably stubborn, ignorant, and somewhat arrogant. You could again try to talk to her and try to work something out or come to face with your conflict asking, "Why do you do these things to me? What have I done to you?" If talking doesn't work then try to avoid her but if takes harassing to extreme heights, confront your boss about her behavior. Some people won't change but it's best to at least help them.

if she is Harrasing u as u are telling me, make her regret. Do the same as she did to you and put all your mind and intelligence. HAte her, MAke life Hell for her. MAke her think: '' i hope i dont see this guy here''. If u can do something in your boss's Office and tell ur boss that it was her, then it should be OK. MAke remarks for all the steps that she takes. buy a good joke book and make rude and funny jokes so that she is humiliated in front of all her Co-workers.

IF THE SUPERVISOR ISN'T DOING ANYTHING THEN REPORT HER TO HR..IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN HR THEN DO NOT STOOP TO THAT LEVEL, DRAMA IS A WASTE OF TIME.(BUT IF YOU WERE GOING TO DO ANYTHING THEN WAIT TILL AFTER WORK)... REMEMBER YOU ARE THERE TO MAKE THAT MONEY, NOT TO BE FRIENDS WITH ANYBODY, BUT HEY IF THE MONEY ISN'T THAT GREAT, LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB, NOT BECAUSE OF HER BUT BECAUSE YOU CAN DO BETTER..IF YOU DO WIND UP TALKING TO HER , LET IT BE KNOWN THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO TALK TO YOU OR LIKE YOU BUT THAT YOU DO HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER..BUT HEY IF IT WERE ME, I WOULD CARRY ONE OF THOSE LITTLE TAPE RECORDERS AROUND AND PUT IT IN HER FACE AND SAY "WHAT DID YOU SAY , OH SORRY, LET ME PLAY THAT BACK FOR THE BOSS". ..CARMA IS A BI***
