Well, it kind of depends on what stores you like to shop in, but personally I've seen a lot of cute, inexpensive a-line skirts at PacSun last time I went to the mall. But it's spring now so stores will start with all the skirts and shorts and stuff. Just browse in the stores you like I'm sure you'll find something cute.

gap, old navy, new york & co., dept. stores, banana republic, and any other stylish/more conservative store in the mall. they shouldnt be too hard to find
