For example:

In January, so-and-so had 2 periods. It was about the same heaviness. There was none in February. On March 1st (or something), the period came. Now, another has come, and it is lighter than before.

Is this serious?

it's always best to get this checked out. It may or may not be serious. It could be something internal or it could just be a recent change to your lifestyle

I have something called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and my periods are never always the same. Sometimes I can go 6 months without one. Or I can have one which lasts over 8 weeks. Plus alot of other nasty things that go with it.

Sp please go have a check up, just to be on the safe side, as awful things such as Ovarian Cancer are very hard to detecht if you not checked out properly and have lvery ittle warning signs.

Good luck.

It needs checking out. Sometimes, in regards to your age, your hormones go wacky and your periods are irregular. They will level out.

I would recommend double checking with your dr to be on the safe side and see what they think.
