Just something to keep in my basement. In like a big pool of water or something. Its for a party, but I wouldn't throw it out. It would be well fed and watered.

Yes, 'tis will be the party of a lifetime. There will be strippers, and I will make good chicken wings. Just need that fat *** hippo taken care of. I can't bring strippers to the zoo.

Umm I beleive the Hippo is the 2nd most deadly animal in Africa behind the Cape Buffalo. I really hope you are joking.

Easier if you just go to the zoo and adopt it from them but let them care for it. Less headache, you know. Much cheaper, too. Better yet, have your party at the zoo.

Just go out and catch one, someone's backyard pool might be a good place to look.
