Will it still work, even though I wet it?

My dad told me that when anything moist comes in contact with a ouiji board, you have to get olive oil and salt and put six drops of the oil in the cloth(for demons) and six salt particles on top of the six drops(for good luck and because demons hate it) and then wipe your face and the reverse side of the board with it six times. Thats what i didnt do and i had some serious trouble.

As long as the paper isn't peeling up, it should be OK. You should only use a damp cloth when it is *very* grubby, and then wipe it again with a dry cloth to make sure it doesn't get wet. If the paper is peeling, you can try and glue it back in place. (-: I think it should still work as well as it every did, but be careful you don't get "glue bumps."

I will let you in a on a little secret. the ouija board is just a board so doesnt matter what you spill on it or wash it with. Ouija board's work by a person's psychic abilities being channeled. the board itself isnt magic

if you did, you can just use your candyland board instead. Get a sharpie and write the alphabet on it with little suns and moons in the corner and you'll be good to go.
