I think he did an amazing job Peyton is a multi-talented guy. The first scence in which he was in with those kids playing football with him was f***ing hilarious, Peyton kicked @$$ today.

Probably the best episode of SNL this season. I loved the NCAA Tournament sketch w/ Amy Pohler. They should have more sports stars host SNL.

Actually, after the show was over I was disappointed over how lame it was. The writers did not do their best work. The whole skit in the basketball locker room where coach was dancing - that was weird. The skit about 300 where Peyton doesn't throw the rock - that was weird. The skit where Peyton is a guest a party - that was weird too. Anyone could have been in those skits. I think the skits where Peyton actually was the star of the skit and got to do something was funny - like the film with the kids - that was funny! I just don't think the writers wrote very good skits for him. However he made the most of it and did a good job with what he had. I'm glad they got to celebrate his birthday at the end! Happy Birthday Peyton Manning!

I really liked it as well. Some people here said that football hosts like Joe Montana, Tom Brady and Payton Manning were a disaster, but I do really think that Payton did a very good job.

Let's not forget the fact that these guys are not Oscar nominees and only have one week for rehearsal.

I think he did an excellent job !! Missed the the scene where he was playing football w/kids, but I taped it.
(But he was no Derek Jeter.)
