Where do I start to become a shoe designer?

Start with:
KNOWING in your own mind that you ARE a designer!
Exercise your IMAGINATION--LET IT RIP!
KEEP A MESS OF SOFT LEAD PENCILS SHARPENED
OPEN THAT SKETCH PAD AND DESIGN.
You might visit a shoe manufacturing house and ask for a tour or if you need some work, ask for a job.
Hopefully you'll design shoes that actually feel good on the feet and offer the proper support.
I wouldn't wear shoes at all that didn't feel right and woman today are ruining their feet with some of the awful designs they're being asked to wear.
