Women sizes converted into mens?

If u wear a 28 in womens pants...what is that in mens?

Mens pants are measured around the waist and along the inseam, those two numbers give you the size. (ie: 30x32 would be 30 inch waist and 32 inch inseam, like wise 46x30 would be 46 inch waist and 30 inch inseam.)

i think of that's a 6. A length 5 could be a woman's length 7. I purely checked on my unisex shoes. yet my different shoes say a mens 6 is a women persons's 7.5.
