You are so right, did you know a few years back Ted Turner held a contest for a million dollars to whoever could think of the best way to lower the population drastically. There is a whole orginization of the high powered devoted to population control of the lower classes, and this contest's guidelines werent about being humane, the guidelines were the most "cost-effective" way, sich eh?
