Mexican restaurant on the end of the Santa Monica Pier?

Is it still there? They had the best food. It was across from the harbor office?

It's still there-I ate thre last month. The food was fine bit the service sucked. I can't remember the name of it though.

In Janurary I was there and could not get waited on.
