Since they were crammed into the closed railroad cars, there wasn't enough air to go around for them all. There wasn't room to lie down and rest, they had to stand up for many hours. There were no bathroom facilities, so you can imagine that problem.

they were crammed in the rail cars it was extremely hot or cold. they werent given any water or food on the rail cars. you need to watch the movie schindlers list. it was an excellent movie about the germans killing all the jews.
