The United States always shuns countries that are communist. Not to mention Chinas bad human rights record. SO why does the Us not impose Trade sanctions or other things to shun China??? instead they are americas favored country?

someone please explain this to me, as im thinking of picking this subject to do a report on.

Thanks!

China is the most populated nation on Earth. They are well on the way to becoming a super power. For those reasons and more we find it necessary to at least act like we are friends.

Of course we are just prostituting our selves, but for some reason we find it to be OK.

China has very cheap, and I don't mean just in prices, goods. The Wal-Marts, and I like Wal-Mart, of this country have enough pull to keep China's imports tariff free, for now. Our relationship with China is with a big smile on our face, but watching our back closely.

In fact, China hates us with a passion. Their top general even wrote a book about why China will have to go to war with us and even details exactly how they will win, and they will.

First of all, China is funding the US by the purchase of our bonds. Secondly, they may be communist in ideology, but they are extremely capitalist in their economy. They are also a huge potential market for American companies. 1 Billion Chinese is a lot of people to sell Coca Cola to. If we imposed trade sanctions on them, they would simply recall all of the bonds they bought from us. We couldn't possibly pay it off all at once. We would default on it and China would declare war on us to get their money back. That wouldn't be good for anyone. China will be A superpower, not THE superpower in the future mainly because of their tremendous internal problems. (Environmental as well as taking care of over a BILLION people. We have enough problems taking care of only 300 million people.)

Here is a hint, look at all the stuff that you have in your house, then put into little piles of what is made in China and what is not. That is the main reason.

We deal with them because their cheap labor helps the rich become richer.

We will be in a world war with China within the next 50 years, mark my words!

And--isn't it funny that we have sanctions against poor, little ol' "Communist" Cuba??? (Only because they can't do anything FOR us!!)
